OUR SERVICES

 Our counselling sessions are held in person on Zoom and are informal and friendly. We provide a welcoming service where people can have a chat or get access to more in depth counselling. There is no pressure for anyone to talk about anything they don't want to. As we recognise grief is an individual thing and people will be at different stages of the grieving process. Our aim is to support people through this and not pressurise anyone into talking about anything before they are ready to do so.

 Reiki is a natural energy that is around us all. It is a non evasive treatment, using the hands. Reiki is a natural, gentle form of healing. Tapping into the natural energy and using the hands as a channel for the energy to come through. Clients will leave feeling calmer, relaxed  and uplifted.  

 This massage will relieve tension that builds up in the shoulders and neck on a daily basis. It helps relieve headaches, stress and helps with insomnia.It will leave you feeling lighter and relaxed. 

 Enjoy a 30 minute back massage to release tension, tight muscles and knots.
